As a partner at the firm, Dan Steppick has extensive experience in all areas and stages of tort and commercial litigation including investigating and assessing claims, developing litigation strategy, depositions, witness preparation, written discovery, motion practice, trial, and mediation.  Mr. Steppick's primary practice areas include tort defense, products liability defense, first party bad faith insurance defense and defense of insurance professionals, oil & gas and oilfield litigation, defense of design professionals, job site injury litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation, and general commercial litigation.
